Financial & Insurance Information
Since our goal is to help you obtain the optimal level of dental heath, we have various financing options so that you can comfortably afford the highest quality care. As is the custom in most professional offices, we ask that payment be made at the time routine procedures are provided. We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. For more extensive treatment plans, you may prefer a convenient payment plan. We have made arrangements with health care financing companies to assist you with a plan to meet your needs.
If you have dental benefits we will assist you with submitting claims for reimbursement from any insurance company that allows you to choose your own doctor. However, please keep in mind that our arrangements are with you and not with your insurance company. Therefore, regardless of any insurance payment or reimbursement, the entire fee for your treatment is ultimately your responsibility.
