Dr. Jay P. Malmquist practices the full scope of Oral and Maxillofacial surgery, including dental implant reconstruction, bone preservation and augmentation, corrective jaw surgery, surgical removal of teeth, facial trauma and total joint replacement for TMJ disorders.

This commitment to quality care extends to an ongoing investment in the most advanced technology available, to assist us in providing our patients with the highest quality surgical care in a state-of-the-art facility.

For the convenience of our patients, we have a fully equipped, hospital quality operating room, allowing us to perform many complex surgical procedures on site. Additionally, our implant treatment room is equipped with a surgical microscope as well as an I.G.I. (Image Guided Implantology) system. These instruments, combined with digital radiography allow Dr. Malmquist to provide minimally invasive care with accuracy and precision.

Anesthesia and Pain Relief

For your comfort, surgery can be performed under local anesthesia, fully awake; under general anesthesia, fully asleep; or with light sedation combined with local anesthesia. Our staff is highly trained and certified in outpatient anesthesia. Our modern operating rooms with state of the art monitoring equipment facilitate safe anesthesia delivery.
