Beth Peshman RDH
Her interest in the science of dentistry began early, helping after school and Saturdays in a small general practice. After her hygiene education at Marquette University, she became involved in the prevention revolution of the 1970s, participating in courses and forums sponsored by the Society for Preventive Dentistry. Through the 1980s she began working for a prostodontist, as root form implants were introduced to the US, Beth and the rest of the team followed the doctors lead, learning about implants and providing innovative services to their patients. The collaborative atmosphere in the office helped each team member feel a strong commitment to best patient care. The dramatic quality of life improvements that Beth observed sparked the idea for her second career. One of the vexations Beth experienced was the lack of evidence to help her in long term implant maintenance. Literature available to hygienists is limited and reliance on sales presentations did not seem an adequate basis for practice norms. This frustration led to the development of her hygiene updates.
Since 2000, she has presented hundreds of programs about implants to thousands of dentists and staff all over the US and Canada. She has worked with numerous implant companies developing patient education materials and strategies for helping the profession integrate these new concepts into routine practice.

At the same time, we're proud of our past experience as insurance defense lawyers, working on the opposite side of the kinds of claims we handle today.
Dave Miller spent the first 20 years of his career defending physicians sued for medical malpractice. It is hard to overestimate the benefits this experience means to our present clients.
