Wagner and Miller: Portland Medical Malpractice Lawyers
Personalized Client Service in Medical Malpractice Litigation
At Miller & Wagner, our attorneys serve the needs of seriously injured people and the families of those who lost their lives through negligent medical care. At the same time, we're proud of our past experience as insurance defense lawyers, working on the opposite side of the kinds of claims we handle today.
Dave Miller spent the first 20 years of his career defending physicians sued for medical malpractice. It is hard to overestimate the benefits this experience means to our present clients. We know how insurance companies evaluate and resolve medical negligence cases, and we know what a malpractice insurer needs to see before it will take your claim seriously.
Dave Miller's reputation for skill and integrity among Oregon doctors means that he's often their attorney of choice when they suspect that medical negligence harmed their own family members. Doctors and lawyers share a common interest in improving the quality of patient care, and physicians who trust attorneys to review medical evidence objectively will generally cooperate to prove malpractice against a negligent member of their own profession.
